Curriculum
To complete a real estate concentration in the MBA Program, students must complete four of the following six courses.

| REE 6208 | Secondary Mortgage Markets and Securitization (Mod 3) | 2 |
| REE 6315 | Real Estate Market and Transaction Analysis* (Mod 1) | 2 |
| REE 6395 | Investment Property Analysis (Mod 2) | 2 |
| REE 6397 | Real Estate Securities and Portfolios (Mod 4) | 2 |
REE 6045 is highly recommended prior to taking REE 6395, REE 6397, and REE 6208, as these courses presume students have mastered the material in REE 6045.
*REE 6045 is a prerequisite for REE 6315. This prerequisite will be enforced.
**REE 6045 or REE 6395 is a prerequisite for REE 6105. This prerequisite will be enforced.
