Requirements - Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE)
Admission to the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program is competitive, with approximately 30 students admitted per year. Admission is based on a number of factors including the applicant's GMAT score, academic record, and work experience. The work experience need not be in real estate; in fact, some of our most successful graduates have used the MSRE to transition from accounting, banking, finance, building construction, planning and other fields to a career in commercial real estate.
Minimum Requirements for Admission
- A bachelor's degree from an approved institution
- At least 2 years work experience is strongly preferred
