We do not currently offer an undergraduate major, minor or concentration in real estate. However, we encourage students with an interest in real estate to choose an economics or finance major and to take REE 3043, our popular Real Estate Principles course. Relevant courses are also offered in the departments of Urban and Regional Planning, Building Construction, and Geography.
REE 3043 SyllabusHigh Quality undergraduate students interested in additional real estate coursework are encouraged to acquire some professional work experience, and then apply for the one-year Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) or the MBA/RE program.
