James Izzo, B.S.B.A, M.A.

Adjunct Professor, Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies, B.S.B.A. University of Florida 1980, M.A. University of Maryland 1982.

Courses Taught: Mr. Izzo contributes significantly to REE 6935: Real Estate Case Studies. This MSRE course is taught during the Summer, Fall, and Spring Semesters. Mr. Izzo's contributions to this class include the development and delivery of both Excel and Argus-based "real world" case studies and the organization of class sessions focused on career choices and job search strategies. Mr. Izzo is also the instructor for our ARGUS training and certification course.

Todd D. Jones, MBA, MAI

Mr. Jones has over 20 years of experience in income property valuation, he is currently serving professional, corporate and institutional clients with ad valorem tax appeals, complex income property valuation, expert testimony, litigation support and counseling, appraisal review, investment advice, marketability analyses, feasibility analyses including highest and best use analyses.

Stanley S. Latimer, M.A, M.S.

Assistant in Urban and Regional Planning and Adjunct Professor, Department of Finance, Insurance and Real Estate, Warrington College of Business Administration, Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences 1983, Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning, 1982, B.S. 1976.

Mr. Latimer specializes in planning applications of geographic information systems (GIS) and the global positioning system (GPS). He is a member of the research faculty at the GeoPlan Center where he teaches classes and conducts GIS and GPS related research. Mr. Latimer is a Trimble GPS Certified Trainer and has over 25 years experience working with GIS and GPS.

Courses Taught: REE 6705 - Geographic Information Systems and Location Analysis.
