Technical Services
The Dudziak-McClintock Business Technology Center provides computer support to Warrington College of Business Administration faculty, staff & graduate students. Services include software installation, hardware configuration and resolving computer, printer, internet or network access problems. We also provide recommendations for computer purchases or upgrades.
A DMBTC technician has been assigned to manage support requests for each department.
CBAHelp
ALWAYS the Most Reliable Way to Get Technical Service!
The College's online help system is the most efficient way to get help with any information technology issue...software, computer equipment, viruses, training, etc.
CBAHelp requests are monitored by the technical staff many times per day and routed to the designated departmental support person. Please note the service priority levels for requests.
- Immediate: Emergency help is needed, e.g. in a classroom. Call 273-0248.
- Priority: Help is needed within 4 hours. Submit a CBAHelp request; select "Priority."
- Normal: Help is needed by the next business day. Submit a CBAHelp request; select "Normal."
Weekend Support
The TAC will have one support person available Saturdays & Sundays from 7am-9pm, excluding reasonable breaks for lunch and dinner.
The following support priorities will apply:
- Network failures
- Supporting classrooms that are in-use
- Support for working professional students
- Other support duties
Weekend Support will visit each working professional program classroom prior to the start of each class on Saturday and Sunday to ensure that there are no technology problems. Use CBAHelp to request technical support for non-urgent issues.
Technology Assistance Center
The Technology Assistance Center (TAC) provides class website and online lecture (LecturePro) support to College of Business students.
Graduate business students may contact the TAC for assistance with software, hardware, user accounts, internet or network access.
