of Florida.
The purpose of the Center is to contribute to both the science and
the profession of human resource management by supporting educational
programs and research that focus on factors that affect human performance
in work settings in ways that have practical implications for management.

Letter From the Director
Although the HRRC has been in existence for several years and has provided applied research opportunities for faculty members and doctoral students interested in human resource research, we are currently in the process of expanding our mission to foster ongoing relationships among the management faculty, students (undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D.), and HRRC sponsors.
We are excited about the new opportunities the HRRC will offer. Through Faculty Connections you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our faculty on HR research issues and problems that are important to your organization. Through Student Connections you will have the opportunity to speak to and interact with our motivated and talented study body.
Our HRRC Newsletter will keep you up to date on our faculty's latest HR research and our sponsors' best HR practices. The annual conference will offer faculty, students, and sponsors an opportunity to discuss the latest HR research, learn from sponsors' best practices, and interact with students interested in HR. Finally, as an HRRC sponsor, you will also have the opportunity to be a part of the broader UF Management experience through special invitations to activities sponsored by other existing management research programs. We invite you to join us in building our new HRRC!
