Biography:
Eean holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting and a minor in Economics from Brigham Young University. At Brigham Young he worked as a research assistant and teaching assistant for the School of Accountancy. Prior to joining the doctoral program in Management at the University of Florida, Eean worked as an auditor and also as a coordinator of youth conferences nationwide. His research interests include work engagement, groups and teams, memory, and learning.

Biography:
Swapnil holds an Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IRIM&EE, India and an MBA from Management Development Institute, India. Before joining the Doctoral Program he held a middle management position with the Indian Railways and has over 15 years of work experience during which he held numerous managerial roles at the various units of Indian Railways. He worked in diverse areas of managing railroad operations, maintaining rolling stock, managing IT infrastructures, implementing and running enterprise information systems and managing teams of professionals. His research interest include Innovation Management, Technology Adoptions, Technology Evolution and Industry Evolution.

Biography:
Charlice holds a B.A. from Harvard University with a dual concentration in social and biological anthropology and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business with a language focus on French and a functional concentration in Economics. Prior to returning to graduate school, Charlice co-owned a small firm that provided development consulting to nonprofit organizations and also worked in project management at the NCR Corporation. Her work experience includes stints in the United Kingdom and Ghana. Charlice's current research interests are the influence of core self-evaluations and gender on interpersonal relationships at work, the role of interpersonal relationships in mood and well-being, and work-family issues among low-wage earners.

Biography:
Ryan holds a BS degree in Psychology and an MS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, both from the University of Florida. Ryan's research focuses on personality and personnel selection. His other interests include job attitudes, moods and emotions, and affective forecasting.

Biography:
Jennifer most recently has earned her M.B.A. in Global Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management. She also holds dual degrees in Economics and Multinational Business from Florida State University. Jennifer's work experience includes strategic human resources, project management, and sales within large global firms in the telecommunications and construction industries. Her primary research interests include strategic leadership and corporate governance, diversity in top management teams, corporate social responsibility, and global perspectives in these areas.

Biography:
Beth Livingston graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in communications and a B.B.A. in marketing. She also received her M.B.A. in marketing/management and her Sports Marketing Professional Certification from the University of Kentucky, prior to attending the University of Florida's doctoral program. Her research interests within the fields of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management include work-family interaction, gender differences in the workplace, and gendered roles.

Prior to attending the University of Florida's doctoral program, Jessica worked as an event coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Her research interests include justice, personality, and emotions.

Biography:
Jessica received a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida. Prior to entering the University of Florida's doctoral program, she was involved in research in speech-pathology examining voice and communication patterns, as well as in sport psychology by increasing individuals' motivation to exercise. A combination of these two topics contribute to her current research interests: Communication processes in small group interaction, motivation to enact voice behaviors, work-family balance, and social networks analysis.

Biography:
Pauline Schilpzand is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management at the University of Florida. She attended the Goizueta Business School of Emory University as an undergrad, where she earned her Bachelors of Business Administration. Pauline worked as a project manager for IBM Global Services in Atlanta, Georgia for three years. Next, she obtained her Masters in Business Administration at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Pauline's research interests are in the area of organizational behavior and human resource management.

Lauren holds a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S.B.A. in Management from the University of Florida. Prior to entering the doctoral program, Lauren was involved with research examining psychological adjustment to chronic illness and interaction patterns among parents and children. Her current research interests include interpersonal relationships, personality, abusive supervision, organizational socialization, and business ethics.

James holds a B.A. degree summa cum laude in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Florida. Before returning to school James worked in Germany for ITT Industries GmbH. and in the U.S. Air Force. His research interests include executive succession, corporate governance, and competitive strategy.

Biography:
Cindy P. Zapata-Phelan earned her B.S. in Psychology at the University of Florida. Her research interests include organizational justice, personality, and motivation. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Applied Psychology. She has accepted a position at the Georgia Institute of Technology for fall of 2008.
