Program Overview

A Ph.D. student in the Department of Management may focus in the following areas:

Organizational Behavior
Human Resource Management
Strategic Management
Organizational Theory

Prerequisites

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree. They must also have a history of academic excellence as shown through satisfactory grades and test scores that indicate potential for academic success in a doctoral program. Finally, applicants must be fluent a) in written English in order to prepare reports for publication in English journals and b) in spoken English in order to teach academic courses in English.

Applications Deadlines

The program does not have a formal application deadline, but applicants should provide all the requested materials by January 15th of 2008. That will ensure that applicants' profiles are complete when admissions decisions begin to be made.
