The School of Business has developed a comprehensive array of programs that provide students with the opportunity to collaborate in small group settings. With the establishment of the Professional Development Programs unit, the School of Business has added an array of student services that ranks among the top of its peer group.

Florida Leadership Academy
The Florida Leadership Academy (FLA) provides professional development training for the top 100 sophomore students in the Warrington College of Business Administration.
Student Leadership Programs
Our Student Leadership Programs were developed by the School of Business staff to provide juniors and seniors an opportunity to serve and promote the College.
Student Delegations
Each year the College sends delegations of students to undergraduate business conferences and competitions. Students are selected in the Fall for delegations during the academic year and preference is given for students in the Business Case Analysis Course and for participation in one of our Student Leadership Programs.
Warrington College of Business Administration Hall of Fame
The WCBA Hall of Fame is reserved for those students who have shown truly superior leadership and achievement through their activities and scholarship while members of the WCBA community.
Warrington College of Business Administration Student Organization Awards
Student organizations affiliated with the College enhance the learning outcomes of our academic program. The contributions made by these organizations are honored at the annual WCBA Undergraduate Awards Ceremony.
Curricular initiatives
Warrington Welcome (SLS1102)
Warrington Welcome is a one-credit transition course for freshmen designed to promote a sense of community in the College and to assist our students with various academic and personal goals.
Business Case Analysis (GEB3523)
This course is designed to introduce the topic of business case analysis and to prepare students for national and international business case competitions.
Effective Career Management (GEB3035)
This course is designed to inform students about career planning and management interventions and to accommodate students at different levels of decidedness about their career aspirations.
Professional Business Writing (GEB3213)
This course is designed to teach business students fundamental written communication skills focusing on those areas central to professional writing in business.
Professional Speaking in Business (GEB3218)
This course is designed to teach students fundamental oral communication skills necessary for succeeding in a business setting, including presentations and speeches, interpersonal skills, and interviewing.
